fix(gate): skip fakeFixDetector for intentional empty catches in browser IIFE template strings

Same false-positive category as errorSwallow (already skipped). The keyboard-ux.ts
file embeds client-side JavaScript as template literal strings; catch blocks inside
those IIFEs are intentionally silent for graceful browser degradation.
